Nick also worked as a concert promoter and box office manager for his god parents Irwin and Monique Pate and their companies Pate & Associates and Prime Seats. Nick enjoys investing and growing his real estate portfolio through his company Giammusso Development, LLC. Nick has purchased and sold several commercial properties in WNY. Some of his properties have included 9 Railroad St, Clarence, 5762 Main St, Williamsville (corner Main/Evans), 505 Main St and 38 Swan St in downtown Buffalo.
In 2017, Nick purchased the old McGinty’s and the Irish Times in downtown Buffalo directly across the street from the Main Gate at Coca-Cola Field. He is the Co-Owner of the renamed Union Pub– Buffalo’s Premier Sports Bar & Eatery with his cousin Bill Chiodo. The emphasis is on great food and drinks in a historic and relaxed atmosphere. Sports fans routinely pregame and postgame at the long storied bar for all Key Bank Center, Coca-Cola Field & Canalside events.

Nick developed his entrepreneurial spirit early on as the co-owner of DIG Landscaping & Lawncare, a company he started with his twin brother Michael Giammusso and cousins Anthony Insinna and Joseph DeFazio at just 16 years of age.
